It's really a sweet product that I definitely wish would become more widely used! It's a car hackers paradise with pirated copies of the support tool available, homade chip cables, intricate circuit board schematics etc.
#GREDDY EMANAGE BLUE FOR TURBO CODE#
 2nt Gen You can pull the diagnostic codes by turning your ignition key from off to on 3 times and it will display the code in your odometer window, example: P0201:idea: try version v1.11 / v1.25* for Emanage blue

You can get all the firmware and software for yourĮmanage through here. The files are located within that group folders To get the e-manage blue files, you have to join the emanage mailing list at, There is tons of info for this stuff on SRTFORUMS.Ĭheck out this website : For everything Emanage. and if you start getting injector short codes you will have to add some diodes after your injector ground splice (like 10 amp 30 volt diodes work fine).ĭefinitely read the Emanage support tool instructions and you'll see better what I'm talking about. You will need a RPM signal adapter like the one from MSD or whatever, since our sensor voltage isn't enough to run the PCM and Emanage or tach. It's great, all that control from your laptop.

The emanage works great to add fuel using the Additional Injection Map to add injector pulse-width (more Fuel) along with an additional map sensor, you can buy the Greddy sensor but i been using the OEM SRT map sensor since you can set the map scales on the emanage support tool to read the voltage (or kpa or psi) so once the car goes into boost my factory map sensor will be clamped (a built in feature, adjustable 0-5v) and the emanage will read the srt map sensor (2BAR sensor) signal, and which you can set how much fuel + according to boost pressure and RPM. That's why I bought a piggy back so please no MS stuff. Keep in mind I want to retain the stock driveability the factory computer affords with the kick of the turbo when I need it. +12v fused -> aux injector-> purple emange wire CH-A I'll get some pic's up soon of my install. It's onlyĪ change in jumper settiongs and two extra wires. The auxilary injector can be controled by adding some duty cycle in the sub injector map and it is referenced to boost (MAP signal and rpm) It's all in the emanage manual. Is the injector is controled by the emanage the tuning is very easy with a laptop. There is a slight hesetation during the transition to boost but it is hardly noticible. This now for two months every day to work and back, and my wideband is showing happy So i'm looking for anyone who has had of is interested in a similar setup.

Wiring can be found in the emanage manual or at It has been working pretty well for me so far and the car is running meaner than ever.Īlso keep in mind this is only for conservative boost levels not all out racecars. You can use the test port on your fuel rail 4 -an to feed the AUX inj rail. (i'll try to get pic's asap here and on my cardomain site). You will need to fabricate a fuel rail and mounting location yourself (there is a convienent location on the manifold near the TB that can be drilled out. The car will run like a factory tun until you get +boost pressure and the auxilary injector will fire. "injector codes and 4000 rpm rev limit" with adding pulse width to the factory setting.Īnyways I have set up a 5th auxiary injector near the throttle body and used the Emanges' Sub injector control (Emanage can control 2 independent sub injectors) to enrich the fuel similarly to a wet NOS setup. I have been experimenting with some different ideas to try and get around the NGC Neon's This is an alternative to a Standalone PCM for turbo lovers like me

This should be a Sticky for all the Neon owners with Emanage Installation issues, Since there are some Greddy E-Manage and E01 owners out there and many are new to it.įeel free to add any useful information or correct me if any of this is outdated.
